4-day work week (Mon - Thurs, 10-hour days)
As a Route Service Sales Representative for Ace ImageWear, you get to be the only face that your client sees week after week. If you are one of those people who loves to foster and grow deep, meaningful relationships and connections with your clients, this is the position for you. You will provide weekly service to local customer locations, picking up soiled garments, linens and mats and dropping off clean uniforms, linens, mats and restroom service products. You will also act as their point of contact for any questions, concerns, or feedback. Your personalized relationships with each client is the reason Ace stands out from other uniform rental companies - you are the face of Ace ImageWear to your clients.

To the qualified Route Service Sales Representative we offer:
Commission with first year on target earnings of $40,000 pending size of route and extra commissions.
- 4-day work week (Mon - Thurs, avg 10-hour days)

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generally, work 4 10-hour days per week (Mon-Thur). The workday generally begins at 5 or 6 AM and ends at 3 or 4 PM.
- Provide quality service to each customer while maintaining revenue levels. Assure that customer retention and growth are in line with defined sales and service goals on an individual and collective basis.
- Ensure each customer receives the right product, in the right quantity, at the right time, at the right price each and every delivery.
- Develop and maintain a close, positive relationship with each customer on the route.
- Maintain a safe work environment and practice safe driving at all times.
- Check and validate all customer orders, ensure all invoices are in order and turned in following the documented turn-in procedure.
- Fill out daily truck reports and make sure delivery loads are secure at all times.
- Properly manage all materials and property owned by the company to minimize damage in handling and protect the company's financial interest. This includes company vehicles and other assigned equipment.
- Ensure the proper cash amount is collected from each cash account and ensure all cash and checks collected on behalf of the company are safeguarded and submitted nightly.
Requirements:
- HS Diploma or Equivalent
- Professional Image
- Strong Communication Skills
- Honest, Outgoing & Conscientious
- Good MVR
- For MO residents, Class E license
- Must be able to carry up to 70-lbs up and down stairs throughout the work day
- Must be able to work in all elements (weather)
- Must be able to pass Pre-employment drug screen, background check, physical agility test and DOT physical

Pay: $600.00 - $850.00 per week

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform various office responsibilities utilizing standard office equipment including: multi-line phone, facsimile, copy machine, calculator, various computer equipment and industry related software programs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to accounts receivable, accounts payable, driver turn in/route settlement/daily bank deposit, payroll administration.
- Investigates all issues involving office personnel and recommend solutions; recommend promotional and disciplinary actions to key leadership. Approve leave requests, overtime, vacation to assure adequate coverage for maintenance of production standards within office. Personally train all office personnel in new departmental procedures or coordinate training through other personnel to ensure compliance with documented office procedures. Maintain office machines and equipment.
- Compile reports and provide data to management and customers (ie: monthly ledger statements, account aging reports, computer checks, route settlement reports, weekly management reports, labor reports, etc). Inspect office output for completeness and accuracy. Prepare miscellaneous materials for departments within the company. Purchase supplies, process invoices and maintain records.
- Effective verbal and written communication with internal/external customers on a daily basis related to call director role, direct sales orders, office supply orders, collections, payroll administration, accounts receivable and accounts payable issues. Internal contacts include sales, service, production management, and company executives.
- Plan and organize work to ensure timely and accurate processing of work including: discount terms on vendor invoices & collection efforts on past due accounts receivable.
- Process hourly payroll responsibilities timely and accurately.
- Assist management with job posting, pre-screening applicants as required.
- Position reports directly to Corporate Office Manager. Indirect reporting to Company Executives including Controller.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Physical Demands:
Physical Demands of Routine Office Environment including: ability to sit for long periods, walk, reach, twist, lean, climb stairs to get to office and lift supplies/forms, operate a computer keyboard, calculator, and telephone for long periods, and tolerate exposure to vibration, pitch and glare from a computer.

Our linen loaders are responsible for picking up and loading packaged linen inventory into delivery trucks. Not only is this a final and critical step in the wash and packaging process, but our linen loaders are the final set of production team eyes on each load, so they can catch and correct any issues or mistakes before the garments reach our clients.

We are looking for a detail oriented and dependable person to join our production team as a soil sorter! Our soil sorters are responsible for separating the soiled linens and garments by product type and fabric. This ensures that each garment is washed completely and thoroughly. This position is the very first step in the washing process, without our soil sorters, garments could not get cleaned and sanitized properly, not to mention could be damaged in the washing process.

- Accurately sort soiled linens and garments by type, fabric, or washing needs
- Separate products into appropriate soil slings
- Ready soil slings to enter the wash process
Musts have skills:
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to work standing up for up to 8 hours per day, and work in hot or cool temperatures for periods of time
- Ability to read and write numbers and words up to a 9th Grade level
- Ability to count and track time
- Capable of using production software
- Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe work area
- Attention to detail in sortation process
- Acceptance of working with soiled towels and aprons from food service, industrial, and janitorial businesses
